About CLM

CLM is a licensed facility offering medication assistance. Our psychiatrist is an expert in the field of mental health, substance abuse counseling, geriatrician, and sleep medicine. We also have six licensed clinicians. In addition, we also do in-house group and community-based services, which can facilitate healthy peer interaction and encouragement. CLM is currently based in Lincolnton, NC, but offers outpatient rehab services in the following counties in North Carolina.
